At WOLFFIT UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds and exchanges in accordance with UK consumer laws.

Returns

You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Opened supplements
  • Used drinkware or bottles
  • Personal care items
  • Any sealed item that has been opened after delivery and is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to:

  • a repair,
  • replacement,
  • or full refund.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

  • the item is faulty,
  • incorrect,
  • or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with the order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Cancellations

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of receiving goods.
